Vicki invited us to her home and served a wonderful lunch and treated us to a tour of her wonderful back garden back yard.
We all wanted the recipes.

"Little Dresses for Africa".  Another great cause.
Cute Easter project from Jan.
Vintage Christmas Jan just started.
She is on her way.
Jan's Llama Quilt she made for her Husband.

Donna also brought a whole bag of the quilts Jeanene donated last month.
Two of our favorites JoAn and Debbie!
Mary Ann also brought a bunch of quilts to finish and donate,

This is how Mary Ann marks her quilts to keep track of the progress.  Love this idea.
We all loved this quilt Mary Ann made with the Young Women's
                                                            Theme for 2023.
A real treat was to tour Vicki's back yard.
She has things growing in ever inch.  Amazing!
What a great day together with some talented generous women.

Brittni’s Peanut dressing.

★★

Ingredients

PEANUT DRESSING

(Yield 5-6 servings)

2 T peanut butter

1 T honey

2 T sesame oil

2 T rice vinegar (can substitute with white vinegar)

4 T soy sauce

1 tsp grated fresh ginger

1 clove garlic

2 tsp Sriracha or 1 tsp chili flakes

I did not have fresh ginger and didn't add the Sriracha. I was short on soy sauce too so I did half soy sauce and half Mr. Yoshita's sauce (it's a teriyaki marinade). I tripled this recipe for tonight to give you an idea of how much it makes.
