Purse


This is my very first attempt at sewing a purse. It was easy and fun to make, I gave it to my Daughter in Law for her birthday.
Ruth, thanks for hosting quilt group last night. I hated having to leave early. I look forward to seeing the quilts I missed on the blog.

November Quilt Group

It took three times to post these pictures. We had so many wonderful things to show.




Ruth was our host this month and Thank You again Ruth.




Jan finished her "If the Shoe Fits..."We all loved the colors
JoAn and Jan were on a little trip together and found this Thanksgiving Quilt Kit.
Made with the fabric Gobble Gobble.
JoAn even quilted hers.

Jeanene had so much to show us. We all the very colorful quilt she has been working on.


Same pattern different fabrics. This picture does not show how bright these colors are.

Jeanene also completed the BOM from "Cabbage Rose"

We all want the pattern.



Some us have been working all year on this Gail Pan BOM and Jeanene just whipped this out since last quilt group. She just keeps on going.


A Quilt she started a while back. Can you see the "Rick Rac" on the Border?



Fabulous!


Vickie shows this GIVE THANKS wall hanging her sister made. The border is cactus and it is hand quilted.


OK I don't know if I have the story right or not buy I can edit it if I need to.



One of Vickie's students (Chloe Benson?) was making these canvas bags.



Vickie mad a list of the things she likes and the student did all the artwork of the things Vicki Loves

All of us thought this was wonderful.

Pegs neighborhood groups is making this pattern into a table runner.

This was our Mom's Christmas quilt. Peg helped Mom make it so it is her now.



I finally finished the Retreat Pinwheel.

I did add one more border like all of you suggested.



I finally finished my "Dot To Dot"

I love it , Love it, Love it!

Now to the quilter!

A new trend in our quilt group is finding old quilts and quilt tops.

JoAn found this one. It has embroidered block with pictures of bible stories.


I didn't get this pictures turned but this is also and old quilt top.



JoAn is making these cute Christmas wall hangings for her ???

We loved them.
